For a couple of months, I decided to indulge in the arts and spend some time in Florence Italy. While I already knew how to sew from some previous projects, this was my first time making an article of clothing. The main Goal of this project was to make a piece of clothing and hem it to my specifications. There was a pre-designed pattern, that with minor modifications, would be able to fit me. The initial process was relatively straight forward, however, a slight miscommunication left me with two of the same leg. In order to reach my deadline, I decided to take more creative liberty and choose a second fabric for my new leg. With both legs now in their correct orientation, I was able to complete my pants and hem them. The final result is something that I quite enjoy and that was completed on time.
